Upload the workbook to Google Drive, open it in Sheets, and paste a tiny script. After that, empty bid sheets auto-hide as you add or remove items — print preview always shows exactly the pages you need. No more confusion about which pages to print.

How it works

  1. Open the workbook and fill in the Setup tab — your event name, date, and location appear on every bid sheet.
  2. List your items on the Items tab — one row per item, with a fair market value and optional donor name.
  3. Print the Print Sheets tab — the Items tab shows a live print helper telling you exactly which pages to print and which rows to unhide. One bid sheet per item, ready for clipboards or tables.
  4. Run your auction — bidders sign lines, Buy-It-Now ends bidding at 110% of value. Done.
